Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Bruce's Bodega. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you need to cancel an order, you're welcome to do so any time before it ships - once an item has been fulfilled, it falls under our standard return policy instead. Please note that these terms apply to purchases made after this policy takes effect and do not apply retroactively to earlier orders.
